Alex Omanga, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and founding partner of Omanga Law Advocates, brings extensive legal expertise.
With prior experience at Gichaba & Company Advocates and Mose Nyambega & Company Advocates, he specializes in Constitutional, Commercial, Litigation, and Intellectual Property Law. Alex lectures law at various tertiary institutions, including KCA University and Zetech University.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kampala International University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law, and two master's degrees: Intellectual Property from Africa University and Procurement and Contract Management from Jomo Kenyatta University.
Alex holds certifications in Intellectual Property and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
Judith Achieng' Nyagol - Managing Partner - Kisumu Branch
Judith Achieng Nyagol an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and managing partner, Kisumu Branch,holds an LLM from the University of Zimbabwe, LLB from Moi University, and a law diploma from Kenya School of Law.
Admitted to the bar in 2005, she's a commissioner for oaths. With extensive public and private sector experience, she excels in complex legal matters, displaying professionalism and interpersonal skills.
A FIDA member, she's proficient in operations, conveyancing, and land transactions, covering registrations, property schemes, and due diligence.
Specializing in family law, succession, and employment law, she advises on commercial, intellectual property, banking, and insurance law, demonstrating expertise in contract drafting and negotiations.
Her breadth of experience enhances client service and legal practice.
Orina Augustine is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a highly accomplished Associate at Omanga Law Advocates. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Karen Campus and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
